We would like to offer you a few helpful ways to contact us. In order to serve all of our patients as efficiently as possible, if you would like to make an appointment, please call our office or fill out our on-line appointment request.

After Hours

If you have after hours medical needs, please call your primary care physician or referring physician. If you have surgery-related needs, please call our office.

Prescription Refills

We prefer to refill your medications at the time of your office visit. Please bring your medication list with you to each appointment.

Refill requests are handled during normal office hours only. Please call your pharmacy and the pharmacy will contact our office for refill authorization. The doctors will only refill post-surgical pain medication.

Chronic or long-term medications should be monitored by your referring physician which will be your primary care physician, cardiologist or pulmonologist.

Medical records are kept confidential. We will not release any of your medical information without first obtaining a signed authorization from you.
